Beauty Blogger wanna be

Synopsis : In this story i will tell about Friska’s dream, a girl who loves about makeup and usually makeover her friends wants to be a Beauty Blogger and tell the efforts of Friska when saving her money for buy the necessary to be a beauty blogger. She must arressts all her desire to buy anything and being a thrift girl and also she accepts Cici’s cure (Friska’soldfriend) being a re-seller of business online of makeup import. In the middle of her effort,she very speechless that her idol in Beauty Blogger Cindercella supports her and wants to help her because she read Friska’s post in her blog but unfortunetelly when she almost to get her target then her bestfriends Devi and Yeni not support because Friska too ambisious and forget about her study and their friendship. Friska decides to call her mom because she feels really sad and dissapointed to her bestfriends but her mom angry when she knows that Friska divided her time to study just for her passion and adjust her bestfriends statement.  Then in her church organize a event and Friska be order to be the MakeUp Artist for all the people who serving in that event. Riani (one of the people who servant in that event) complain because Friska uses the makeup that make Riani looks old. She gets really big stress she feels everything looks bad but something miracle happen in the final.

Setting : University of LancangKuning, Rent room, Church, Starbucks Mall Ciputra, Sultan SyarifKashim Airport, J.W Hotel of Jakarta, Room 4004,Meeting Room, BeautyFest Show, Red Carpet.

First Setting

(HasyimAsyari room at University of LancangKuning) Class has finished Friska, Devi and Yeni are tell about their dreams then Friska have a call from her oldfriend.

Devi   : Uh, today was tired day. But it’s kinda earlier if we go home now. So guys, let’s talking about dreams!

Yeni   : It’s sound’s good! But i think you first dev because you the first ask to discuss about this

Friska : I’m agree!

Devi   : Ok, so my dreams is to be a succes woman and will be a professional receptionist then i wanna marry with my crush hahahaha

Friska : We don’t talking about boy right now hahaha but it’s ok. So how about you Yeni?

Yeni   : Me? I just wanna be a professional teacher in my village then i’ll be a rich woman hahaha

Devi   : Yayaya, wish it comes true yen. So how about you Fris?

Friska : Me? Ya of course i wanna be a teacher but i wanna be a beauty vlogger i mean about makeup hehehe

Devi &Yeni : Again?

Devi   : I think you should forget about it fris, then focus with your study.

( phone ringing)

Friska : Wait for a minute guys, i have a call... Hallo

Cici    : Hi Friska! How are you?! It’s me Cici

Friska : Oh cici! Long time no see. How are you? I heard that you are a business girl now. Aren’t you?

Cici    : Uhhmm that’s right! It’s hard to find your new number then i just want to invite you to be a reseller in my business.

Friska :Wait,wait.. You know that i’m not interested to business

Cici    : I think you will. Because i sell all about skincare and makeup.So how?

Friska : Really? I will thinking about it later.

Cici    : Common Fris, i know you wanna be a beauty vlogger. It will help you to get what you need to be a beauty vlogger. We will got much benefits! Let’s try.

Friska :Ya, I’ll inform you as soon as possible. See ya!

Cici     : Ok! Byeee.

Yeni   : Who is?

Friska : Just an old friend.

Devi   : So what you both talking about?

Friska : She offering me to be a reseller in her beauty business. How do you think guys?

Yeni   : I think you should try.

Devi   : Ya, im agree. Try to be a business girl, sounds good!

Friska : Thanks guys!

Second Setting

After Friska arrive at her rent room, she calls Cici to inform her

Friska : (tutt..tuttt...) Hallo

Cici    : Oh Hallo Fris, wanna inform something? Hehehe

Friska : Actually Yes, can you come to my rent room right now? Then bring all ur products with the list price. Im Join.

Cici    : Sound good darling! Soon on the way! See ya

--------After 20minutes---------

Cici    : (knock,knock,knock)

Friska : (Open the door) Ciciiiiiii long time no see!!

Cici    : Yessshahaha, can i come in?

Friska :Of course, then show me all the products nowwwerrrrr!

Cici    : Hahahaha wait waitwait.. (Open the big plastic and shows the list price) So, this is all the products that you will sell then it’s the price list. So if you get little bit hard or problems just contact me. Because You’re my friend i’m not asking for the financial capital. Just sell it with your friends then give higher price than the price in the list then you just change back the money from the list price. You can get directly your benefit. You ready?

Friska : Really?! Thankyouuuuu! Sure!

Cici    : So i’ll back home i have a little business now byee

Friska : That’s ok! Thankyou for coming.

Third Setting

Friska’s phone is ringing, she pick up the phone, her friend tells her that there will be an event in church on Sunday, so they asked friska to be makeup artist.

Riani: “fris, there will be events in church, so we want you to make up our faces in that event, make sure you do it well.”

Friska: “really? This is an honor to do that, yes I want.”

Riani: “okay, see you on Sunday, wait a minute, what time we will gather? So I can tell the other servent to come on time.”

Friska: “what time the event starts?”

Riani: “it will be held at 9 am”.

Friska: “oh okay, you guys can come at 7 am.”

Riani: “ok, I’ll tell the others to come at 7 am. Ok then, see you on Sunday,thank you for helping            us.”

Friska: “okay ni, see you on Sunday.”

Friska looks happy knowing her passion are useful, she tell her bestfriends about that.

*friska message her college friends through whatsapp and her friends happy knowing that news*

Friska still in her job to offers her friend’s makeup and skin care, whether it’s on her college or community and social media, friska keep doing it.

And today is the day, friska in her room preparing her make up tools and stuffs, she get nervous knowing she’ll show audience her makeup looks using servents.

Forth setting

*rent room*

Friska: “oh God, today is the day, i get so nervous. God please help me do this job.

Friska leave her rent room, and go to the church.

At the church, Friska meet her friend Riani and Riani’s friends.

Riani: “hi fris, so glad you make it, let’s start it in make up room.”

Friska: “me too, I’m so glad I can help you guys.”

They’re leaving the aisle and go to the make up room

at the make up room, friska finished her make up, and everyone looks happy with her job, but only one person looks sad,yes, riani, riani feels that her make up looks old in her face. So Riani complain.

Riani: “how can you make me looks so old?!”

Friska: “really? You look so georgeous, why you said that?

Riani: “see, this eyeshadow make me looks like a ghost, this blush on make me looks like I’ve       been punched in my face.”

Friska: “I’m sorry, I wasn’t mean to, I can fix it.”

Riani: “no need to fix it! I’ll do it myself, thank you for making my face look like this.”

Friska feel so bad and she left the church and went to mall, she cried all the way to the mall. Friska still didn’t expect what she did make Riani mad at her. Arriving at the mall, friska headed to starbucks and order a glass of  coffee. friska sat down and opened her cell phone, some messages from her friends in church asking why she left and did not finish the event. Friska didn’t care about the messages, she just sat and drank her coffee, feeling guilty and felt that she failed to fulfill her customer’s will.

Friska: “oh God, why this is happened to me? Why did I ruined my passion? I didn’t mean to   make Riani looks old, i did this just like the others, and she told me she looks old, it’s               just her face doesn’t  match with the product. And she blamed me, oh God what should I do? Do I have to leave my passion and focus in my study? Do I have to leave it all?. God please help me. I don’t know what to do.” (crying)

Friska finished her coffee and leaving the mall, she go back to her rent room.

At the rent room, her roommates ask her why she came home early, but friska ignored her.

Yaya: “why do you go home early?”

Friska: “I’m tired so I go back home early”.

Yaya: “no you’re not, there must be something wrong, tell me what’s going on.”

Friska: “I disappointed my friend, she told me I made her face looks old, I wasn’t mean to, it’s just the make up doesn’t fit on her face,she blamed me.”

Yaya: “I know fris, I know how it feels being blamed, it’s not your fault, forget it, don’t let this   bring you down”.

Friska: “what should I do ya? Should I give up? Should I let my passion?”

Yaya: “one important thing you have to do is never give up! Never let this little problem make      you down. Make it be your motivation, you need to learn more about it, about your       passion, but don’t forget your study! Don’t let your hobby make you forget about your        study”.

Friska: “thank you Ya, thank you for making me feel good again, thank you for supporting me,    I’ll always remember your advices, thank you Ya (friska smiling)”.

fifth setting

*campus**classroom*

Friska sat down, suddenly Devi and Yenisurprise friska and asked Friska about the event yesterday.

Devi: “so fris, how about the event? you make it?”

Friska: “no guys, I’ve made mistake.”

Yeni:   “what happened?”

Friska: “my friend Riani, she said her face looks old, but actually it’s not, it just her face doesn’t fit to my make up, i made it just like the others, and it’s perfect, but she complained, her friends tell her that she looks pretty, but she doesn’t have confident so she said my make up was awful, I got stressed”.

Yeni    : “oh God, I feel so sorry, maybe this is the time for you to focus with your study, not  make up things.”

Friska  : “why are you saying that? As a bestfriend you supposed to support me, not letting me down like this.”

Devi    : “we know that, but friska, you changed! You’re too obsessed with make up, and start to forget your duty. You can’t do that fris. You can have a hobby, but don’t let your hobby makes you forget about your duty and your friends.”

While they’re talking, friska’s phone is ringing, there’s a call from Cici. Friska pick up the phone and ask cici why she calls her.

Friska  : “Hi Ci, what’s going on?

Cici     : “Hi Fris, how about our product? Is it sold?”

Friska  : “oh, yes of course, it’s getting better, the stocks is running low, I need to restock the                                  products.”

Cici     : “oh okay, I’ll send you the products right away.”

Friska  : “okay Ci, thanks a lot. I’ll inform you if there’s a progress.”

Cici     : “okay, thank Fris, bye.”

Friska : “bye.”

They’re ended up the call. Her teacher come and start the class, 2 hour passed and class finished, there is no more schedule on the day, so friska and her friends went to a park near their campus, they see a boy selling grilled meatball so they buy it.

Friska              : “mas, wrap for me 10 skewers, not too spicy.”

Baksobakar seller        : “okay”

------After 5 minutes the grilled meatball is ready------

Baksobakar seller        : “here your grilled meatball.”

Friska                                      : “here 20 thousand rupiah’s.”

Baksobakar seller        : “thank you sist.”

Friska                                      : “you’re welcome.”

they’re finished the grilled meatball, they went home.

At the rent room, friska misses her mom, so she call her and talk about her friends didn’t support her.

Friska                          : “hi mom, how are you, I miss you so much.(her voice getting slower and                                                  saddy)”

Friska’s mom   : “hi darl, I’m doing good here, I miss you too, are you okay? Your voice sounds                                       saddy, tell me what’s happen.”

Friska                          : “yes mom, I feel so sad, I disappointed my church friend, there was an event at                                          church and they asked me to make up their faces, all went well until one of them                                       she’s Riana, she complain about her make up, she said I made her looks old, but                             it wasn’t my fault mom, every faces that I make up looks perfect, and her friend                                              tell her that she looks pretty, but she won’t believe it.she blamed me.I tell my                                                 classmates and they didn’t support me, and blamed my hobby, because I can’t                                           balance my study and my hobby.”

Friska’s mom   : “I told you, you don’t need to do that, but you won’t listening. I told you to not                                                     focus with that hobby. Your study more important than that.                                                       Leave it, you need to focus with your study not your hobby. I won’t hear about                                             it anymore, you need to focus to your study.”

friskafeels so sad, thinking about how to make her famous, like her idol,Cindercella. Suddenly she remember her friend Cici, she think using cici’s product will make her famous. She askcici to come to her rent room, and cici arrived.

-knock…knock…knock-

*Cici knocking friska’s door..*

*friska open it and cici going in*

*cici and friska sat down on bed*

Cici     : “so, what happen?”.

Friska  : “ci, I was thinking, how about me using your make up product and upload it to my blog                             and social media.”

Cici     : “what a good idea, we can try it. Okay, you can use my product, and share the result to                           your blog or social media, tell them where did you get the product, and the price list, I                      think this is gonna be a good business. You get your dream and I get mine too.”

Friska  : “really?, okay I’ll start make it, ci, thank for your help, I can’t imagine if you aren’t here.”

Cici     : “you’re welcome.”

Friska start to make a video about her tutorial makeup and also her makeup looks using cici’s products. Friska also make a blog about her tutorial makeup and what product she use in her video. Time goes fly, friskabeing a beauty blogger. While she sleeps, there is a notification on her phone. In the morning, she checked her phone and see the notification, she was amazed, that is notification from BeautyFest 2017 18-19 March 2017. They’re inviting Friska to join her show as a make up artist, there will be Cindercella and the other make up artist and influencer.friska tell it to all her friends including her mom, they’re proud to friska.Friska arrives at Sultan SyarifQasim II international airport with her friends Devi and Yeni. She flight about 1 hr 45mn. At the SoekarnoHatta International Airport, Beautyfestcommite pick up friska and take friska to J.W Marriot hotel. They’re arrives at the hotel, friska still can’t expect it, her dream comes true.

BeautyFestcommite    : “friska, your room is 4004, and we will be attending BeautyFest meeting                                          with Maybelline make up team and the other sponsor, my crew will                                                             pick you up to the meeting room at 7 pm,there will be a galla dinner                                                                too, so you need to wear something good and nice make up.”

Friska                          : “oh okay, see you at the meeting room.”

Sixth setting

Friska prepare herself to attending meeting and gala dinner. She looks so pretty in rose gold longdress with her bold make up look.

Seventh setting

Friska sit down next to her table, there is Cindercella,TinaYoung,PieryPie,etc. also the vendor of the show such as Maybelline. After 3hr meeting and gala dinner, all crew and artist directed to leave the roo and get some rest because tomorrow the show will be held. Friskaarries at her room and get some sleep.

Eighth setting

*BeautyFest 2017 show*

Friska looks georgeous with her make up and her dress, she walk on the red carpet, many media and photographer shoot her look. And the host ask her what she wear and what make up she use.

Host    : “so friska, tell me about your dress and make up.”

Friska  : “I’m wearing zara dresses, and my make up look, I’m using my favorite product,                                         Maybelline new york.”

Host    : “what do you want to tell the other make up artist newbie?. As we know your struggle                  wasn’t easy to achieve your dream.”

Friska  : “okay, I’d like to say to you guys, never give up on what do you want, the struggle isn’t easy. So you’ll get upds and downs through it. You dream it, you believe it, you love it, then make it happen.”

Host    : “okay friska thank you for the advice, see you at the show.”

Friska start to walk again. At the show, she sat next to Cindercella, and Cindercella notice her.friska feels so happy because finally she can meet her idol. They’re talking about make up technique and etc. friska’s turn to show the audience how she do make up is come. She went up to the stage and show the audience how she did make up routine. From natural look to bold look, friska show the audience her make up technique, when she finished, everybody clapping. Friska look so happy with that. The show is over. Friska go back to her hotel and sleep because tomorrow she’ll back to Pekanbaru.

Ninth setting

Friska walk through the corridor, and some people smiling at her and some people talk about her. Yeah, friska going viral. Her make up videos on youtube hit 1 million viewer. And she get positive feedback from netizen.

*class room*

Yeni and Devi talk to friska, they asked friska about the show, and her experience

Yeni    : “so this is our new artist.”

Friska  : “haha you guys are joking. Im still your bestfriend.”

Devi    : “so tell us about the show.”

friska start to tell them her experience attending BeautyFest 2017 in Jakarta. They are laughing together, friska keep doing her hobby and not forget about her duty as a student. She still selling cici’s product and makes make up tutorial video. Still active in blogging, as we know she became a make up influencer. Friska believe that as long as she loves her hobby, her hobby will loves her back, and also she always pray to God, she always grateful to God. She always be thankful to anybody who support her.

Jika saya kelak menjadi seorang guru saya akan mengaplikasikan teori Sibernetik karena teori ini mengikuti teknologi yang terus berkembang, untuk itu siswa haruslah belajar untuk menguasai agar tidak tertinggal oleh sistem pendidikan yang ada diluar negeri dan karena teori berbasis student center, maka siswa diwajibkan lebih kratif dalam proses belajar dan mengajar. Untuk pendekatannya, saya akan menggunakan pendekatan Student Center agar peserta didik bisa lebih kreatif dan inovatif dalam proses pembelajaran. Untuk strategi saya akan memilih strategi interaktif yaitu strategi yang menekankan komunikasi terhadap sesama siswa maupun kepada guru. Saya memilih strategi ini agar siswa mampu memecahkan masalah dengan cara bersama dan saya sebagai guru ikut serta sebagai pembimbing mereka. Metode yang saya akan gunakan yaitu debat karena saya ingin para siswa menjadi seorang yang kritis dalam belajar dan berani dalam mengeluarkan pendepat juga memberi masukan terhadap teman-temannya tetapi saya akan memantau terus agar tidak terjadi hal yang tidak diinginkan dan teknik yang akan saya gunakan adalah Teknik Inquiry alasannya agar para siswa bisa memahami materi dan mendorong siswa untuk berfikir intuitif juga bisa merumuskan hipotesa sendiri agar kelak dimasa depan nanti siswa sudah terbiasa untuk aktif. Menurut saya peran yang tepat sebagai seorang guru adalah sebagai pembimbing dan sahabat bagi siswa. Pembimbing dan sahabat disini maksudnya guru membiarkan siswa mencari informasi dari media manapun yang bisa mereka temukan dan siswa saling berbagi dan guru disini sebagai pembimbingnya agar siswa bisa tau apakah informasi yang ia temukan itu akurat atau tidak. Terakhir yaitu cara saya mengatasi masalah yang terjadi dikelas yaitu saya akan mengenali karakter para siswa dan membantu siswa yang kesulitan dalam pembelajaran juga memberikan motivasi contohnya bila ada seorang siswa yang memiliki kepercayaan diri untuk aktif dikelas saya akan memanggilnya secara khusus ke ruangan saya mengerti apa yang menjadi hambatan dia dalam proses pembelajaran dan saya akan menasehati dia juga memotivasinya.

MY FUTURE JOURNEY

Semua orang pasti memiliki cita-cita dan impian, begitu juga dengan saya. Saya ingin memiliki life journey yang banyak menginspirasi orang-orang. Saya juga banyak merencakan hal-hal apa saja yang ingin saya capai dimasa depan saya. 

Setelah tamat dari Universitas Lancang Kuning pada tahun 2019, saya ingin bekerja sebagai guru disekolah-sekolah kecil yang ada dipedesaan. Alasannya karena saya ingin mencerdaskan anak bangsa yang ada di pedesaan. Saya ingin menjadi seorang guru yang bertanggung jawab dan bisa meningkatkan minat belajar anak-anak yang ada di pedesaan. Alasan lainnya, yaitu saya tau anak-anak dipedesaan itu kurang dalam pendidikan khusus nya bahasa inggris. Untuk itu saya ingin sekali menjadi seorang pengajar bahasa inggris yang ditempatkan di pedesaan khususnya pedesaan yang ada di sumatera utara seperti Parlilitan kampung halaman saya. Keinginan saya bisa muncul seperti ini dikarenakan anak-anak disana masihlah kurang bahkan untuk berbahasa Indonesia saja mereka masih sulit. Untuk itu, saya berharap bisa terjun untuk mengajari mereka semuatentang apa yang saya ketahui dan membagikannya kepada mereka.

Mengajar memanglah pekerjaan yang sangat saya impikan tetapi disamping itu saya juga punya impian sebagai seorang business woman. Sambil saya mengajar, saya juga akan membuka usaha menjual makeup onlineshop karena di masa sekarang ini onlineshop sangat digemari, selain itu saya juga memiliki banyak relasi di dunia maya yang bisa dibilang mereka orang-orang yang lebih suka berbelanja online daripada membeli langsung. Saya ingin mengambil peluang ini dengan mempromosikan usaha saya kepada mereka, saya yakin ini adalah kesempatan emas.

Saya juga punya alasan dan tujuan sendiriingin menjadi seorang wanita pembisnis, yaitu saya ingin menabung agar bisa membeli rumah sendiri dan disamping rumah yang saya miliki saya ingin membangun PAUD. Saya bercita-cita membangun PAUD karena saya ingin anak-anak generasi selanjutnya bisa diajarkan bahasa Inggris sedini mungkin. Saya lihat banyak PAUD yang tidak mengajarkan bahasa inggris dengan baik. Untuk itu, PAUD yang saya miliki nanti mempunyai keunggalan tersendiri dalam belajar. Disamping itu, tujuan saya juga ingin membuka lowongan pekerjaan kepada guru PAUD, agar jumlah pengangguran sarjana Pendidikan Guru PAUD di Indonesia berkurang, karenaseperti yang saya ketahui saat ini banyak sarjana pendidikan yang menjadi pengangguransetelah lulus. Untuk itu,saya punya keinginan untuk mengurangi jumlah pengangguran khususnya untuk para lulusan sarjana Pendidikan. Walaupun saya hanya bisa membantu sedikit, tetapi setidaknya saya bisa ikut serta dalam membantu penuntasan pengangguran yang terjadi Indonesia. 

Saya merencanakan ini semua hingga saya menginjak umur 26tahun pada tahun 2024 nanti. Setelah itu saya akan memikirkan untuk mencari pasangan hidup dan menikah, karena sendiri itu tidak baik. Saya berkeinganmemiliki pasangan hidup yang sepemikiran dan sejalan dengan impian saya dan mendukung penuh bahkanmembantu juga ikut serta untuk turun tangan dalam mengelola usaha dan PAUD yang akan saya bangun nanti. 

Pada usia 28 tahun saya ingin melanjutkan pendidikan S2 dan saya berharap bisa mendapat peluang untuk melanjutkannya ke luar negeri. Untuk jurusannya, saya akan tetap mengambil dengan jurusan yang samayaitu Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris. Alasannya karena saya sudah sangat mencintai ranah pendidikan ini, untuk itusaya ingin berkonsentrasi di bidang ini. 

Setelah tamat 2028 saya sudah menginjak umur 30tahun saya ingin menjadi seorang dosen dan jikalau saya mempunyai modal juga kesempatan saya juga ingin membuka khursus bahasa inggris agar saya bisa membuka lowongan pekerjaan bagi guru-guru bahasa inggris yang mungkin sulit mencari pekerjaan.

Selain dari itu semua, saya juga mempunyai impianmenjadi seorang blogger dan vlogger dalam bidang makeup. Karena saya mempunyai pasion dalam bidang makeover. Keinginan ini sudah sejak lama saya impikan dan rasanya sangat menyenangkan jika hobby yang saya senangi bisa menjadi inpirasi bagi banyak orang dan dengan membuat banyak makeup look dan review-review tentang produk makeup ter-up-to-date yang saya gunakan pastilah membantu banyak orang-orang yang ingin membeli produk makeup dan membantu bagi pemula yang ingin belajar dalam menata diri. Selain itu jika banyak peminat yang membaca blog dan penonton di beauty vlog saya di youtube, tentulah juga menghasilkan uang. 

Tetapi untuk mencapai itu semua saya harus mengasah skill saya lebih lagi untuk bisa dan layak dipublikasikan. Saya juga membutuhkan fasilitas seperti kamera dan lighting yang bagus dan layak agar bisa menghasilkan video yang bagus. Saya juga membutuhkan modal untuk membeli produk-produk makeup yang ter up-to-date dan memberi review di blog saya. Untuk itu,ini semua masih dalam proses karena saya sedang menabung untuk mencapai target-target saya. Target sayasendiri, tahun depan saya sudah memulai untuk menulis review-review dan di akhir tahun depan saya sudah mulai membuat video tutorial di channel youtube saya sendiri.

So this is my life journey in my future and i have many dreams and plans. I believe someday i'll reach it all because i believe God always bless me. Thankyou. 

PERAN GURU DALAM PEMBELAJARAN

Guru sangatlah memiliki peran penting dalam pembelajran, sebab dialah yang mendidik, mengarahkan dan mentransfer ilmu pengetahuan kepada peserta didik. Tetapi menjadi seorang guru haruslah mamiliki kompetensi dan profesinal dalam mengajar. Dengan kata lain guru harus memiliki kemampuan tinggi dan tanggung jawab dalam proses pembelajaran. Menurut Kemendikbud sendiri kompetensi yang harus dimiliki guru yaitu :

1.    Kompetensi Profesional, guru harus memiliki pengetahuan yang luas dari subject matter  ( bidang studi) yang akan diajarkan serta penguasaan metodologi dalam arti memiliki konsep teoritis mampu memilih metode dalam proses belajar mengajar.

2.    Kompetensi Personal, artinya sikap kepribadian yang mantap sehingga mampu menjadi sumbr intensifikasi bagi subjek. Dalam hal ini berarti memiliki kepribadian yang pantas diteladani, mampu melaksanakan kepemimpinan seperti yang dikemukakan Ki Hajar Dewantara, yaitu “Ing Ngarsa Sung Tulada, Ing Madya Mangun Karsa. Tut Wuri Handayani”

3.    Kompetensi Sosial, artinya guru harus mampu menunjukkan dan berinteraksi sosial, baik dengan murid-muridnya maupun dengan sesama guru dan kepala sekolah, bahkan dengan masyarakat luas.

4.    Kompetensi untuk melakukan pelajaran yang sebaik-baiknya yang berarti mengutamakan nilai-nilai sosial dari nilai material

Peran guru uru adalah pelaku utama dalam proses berlangsungnya proses pembelajaran, tugas guru harus;ah mendorong atau memberi motivasi, membimbing dan juga memfasilitasi belajar peserta didik sehingga mencapai tujuan pembelajaran dan guru memiliki tanggun jawab terhadap tujuan tersebut dengan melihat dan menilai peserta didik yang ada didalam kelas untuk itu guru harus memiliki kompeten untuk mengenali jiwa peserta didik dan juga mengenali kelemahan dan kelebihan peserta didik tersebut. 

Menurut Drs. H. Abu Ahmadi dan Drs. Widodo Supriyono, peran guru dalam proses belajar berpustat pada: 

1.    Mendidik anak dengan memberikan pengarahan dan motivasi untuk mencapai tujuan, baik tujuan jangka pendek maupun tujuan jangka panjang;

2.    Memberi fasilitas, media, pengalaman belajar yang memadai;

3.    Membantu mengembangkan aspek-aspek kepribadian siswa, seperti sikap, nilai-nilai, dan penyesuaian diri.

Dalam aspek ini berarti guru bukanlah hanya menjadi motivator ataupun mengajar atau memberi ilmu pengetahuan tetapi guru juga membantu peserta didik memeliki karakter dan kepribadian yang baik. Untuk itu dalam proses pembelajaran guru tidak hanya mengajar soal materi pembelajaran saja, tetapi memiliki selingan memberikan nasehat yang baik juga meluruskan kesalahan yang terjadi. Guru juga membantu peserta didik dalam memecahkan masalah belajar yang mereka alami. 

Guru juga adalah sebagai perancang pembelajaran guru harus mampu merumuskan dan merancang bahan ajaran, mmpu me-manage waktu untuk dapat mencapai tujuan pembelajaran di setiap pertemuan, dan guru harus mampu menerapkan strategi dan metode untuk bisa menguasai dan mengelola kelas dan peserta didik mampu menerima materi yang disampaikan dan guru harus mampu menjadi fasilitator atau sumber ilmu terhadap peserta didik.

SPEECH CONTEST IN UNIVERSITY OF LANCANG KUNING

Yesterday our class got an information that our beloved campus has organized a speech contest. To be honest i want to join that competition but im not sure because we got a late information and im not sure that i will command the stage because i have no good prepare so i dont regist my name in that competition. And today is the competition day it’s start from 08.00 A.M. Actually we have a class of Introduction of Literature with Mr.Budi but he said we must came and support our friend who join the speech contest. So me and all my classmates went to that event.

This morning was a good weather, it’s not hot and it’s not rainy day.I think ini hari yang bagus untuk menyelenggarakan suatu acara. I saw all the participants, some of them look confused but some of them have a good confident too to join and show they materi today. And kompetisi pun dimulai, ya im so corious with all the participants today because i remember that Mr.Kurniawan as the committe of this event said this speech is memorized it’s mean there’s no paper right? But i the first participant is brought a paper, i thought that she will bring the paper just only wrote the point of her material. Im not say that her presentation is bad no im not to say that because she has a confident to join this event is so good but ya unfortunetelly that she just read the paper and i dont ger her contact to the audience.

And next the second paticipant, she come from the same faculty with me ya teacher training and education and ya we come from the same major englosh education department but with the diffrent class. I know she has a good confident to be a public speaker so i know she will give the best and ya appropriate with my guess, she looks awesome with her materials. She just brought her phone and write the point of her materials and explain about her theme and i think she choose a very interesting theme from all the opsion that has given from the committe.

Then it was the for the third participant, she looks confused but she cover it with her smile. She’s not brought any paper,phone or anything. I know what about her feeling because the participant that show before her is so good so maybe it’s make her confident broke. It’s a tighten moment and i can say it’s so akward moment when she wanted to explain her material but she suddenly blank about her material. I saw she dazed and stuck. She repeat her words again and again, but im so appreciate her job because show our material with no paper it’s not easy and when she stuck her friends give her support with applause and shout her name to give her strenght and ya it little bit work. Then she continue her material tought she was trembelling to say that. And i know that she didn’t convey all her material.

Then i saw some the next participans was good and some was get dazed to deliver their material but just she one participant that i think her experience is being a lesson for me. Yes, it’s the third it gives me a lesson if we want to join an event and we must have good prepare and command our material because if we don’t, it will be a akward moment on the stage. For everything that we do, we must give the best of us and don’t mind about the participants before us or the next just believe with ourself.
